ADMISSION FOR PROCEDURES

Admission Procedure

• ◆ Admission is offered strictly on merit, in pre-primary (i.e., in Nursery and K.G.) classes admission is carried out first come first serve basis. No test will be taken but only child’s normal development as well as physical alertness is observed.
• ◆ From Class I onwards, admission is carried out through admission test only.
• ◆ From Class II onwards transfer certificate and Report Card from the school last attended is needed. For all admission, attested xerox copy of Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card of students is required, along with two passport size photographs.

Age for Admission

◆ Minimum age for admission in Nursery is 3+ years.

Session

• ◆ The school academic session extends from March to February, consisting of three terms.
• ◆ The tests will be conducted under the headings of two assessment exams of 50 marks (15+5=30) each and Annual of 100 (30|10|60) marks.
• ◆ Promotion will be granted to students on the basis of continuous and comprehensive evaluation system of work throughout the academic year.

Escort Process

• ◆ Students may avail school transportation facility on payment of specific charges.
• ◆ Parents have to carry an ID Card to take their wards from the school premises.
• ◆ Those children leaving school on their own, must submit a letter, relating to the same from their parents to the School Office after class IV.

School Uniform

◆ Uniform will be supplied from the School on payment of specific charges.
